Thriving Bites #9

How are you holding up?

COVID-19 has swept across our pale blue dot (earth) with lightening speed. It’s keeping us apart yet binding us together. Even with self-isolation, remote working, and social distancing - we’re finding ways to connect, reach out, and remember that we are the same. We’re human.

So from one human to another, I’m sending you love and strength.

“We are capable of enduring much more than we believe we can.” (I can’t remember who said that but I’m sure it was a significant philosopher. Let me know if you remember!) Yes, we are capable of fear, anxiety, and panic, and we’re equally capable of hope. The kind of hope that drives action towards the future we want.

Take care during this strange moment in time …
