Go for an awe walk

A thriving activity

Take a camera, a notepad, or simply your eyes, ears and mind. Whether your awe walk is in your own backyard, to the end of your street, round the block, or far away.

You’re looking for joy. You’re looking for small moments. You’re looking for what you often miss.

A beautiful flower, the bark on a tree, children playing, people laughing, the sound of waves or birds, the smell of grass or coffee, rocks, clouds moving across the sky ….

Then feel happy with yourself that you can take a moment to appreciate small and precious positives.
