Thriving Bites #11

Hello!

For some, this year has been one that has required every ounce of resilience you can muster up to be used. For others, the opposite is true.

Whatever 2020 has been for you, I wish you the resourcefulness to take whatever you’ve learnt from this year into 2021. It’s what we must do to keep learning and growing in this course we’re all taking called LIFE.

We learn from decisions that don’t go well, mistakes we make, and uncomfortable or challenging experiences. We also learn from taking risks, working hard either physically or mentally, and giving generously.

What have you learnt in 2020 that is going to support you and others in 2021?

Whatever it is, I wish you and your loved ones a wonderful year filled with love.

Even when thoughts, situations etc. do occasionally pop up for me, or I have a little spiral, my automatic reaction comes from a place of owning it - both the good and the not as good parts. Thanks again for your help! It’s so appreciated!
