Thriving Bites #8

I walked on my local beach this morning for one and a half hours and reflected on 2019.

While we have the capability and power to create personal change on any given day, the beginning of a new year seems to draw people in for making resolutions about what they’ll change, begin or stop. It’s that fresh start that’s the lure.

I don’t know what the statistics are but I’m pretty confident that most new year resolutions don’t stick.

Here’s a thought …

Whatever it is you’d like to change, begin or stop - whether it’s your weight, work, relationships, or thoughts … decide to approach it with a different mindset. If you’ve set one or more of these goals in the past and you find yourself facing it again, then the chances are you’ve already set yourself up to fail. You’re already thinking “this probably won’t work again”. Today’s blog below, will get you started with the right mindset.
