Hello!
I cycled this morning with a girlfriend and a few old chaps. There were about six of us and it was about 10 degrees with a nippy wind blowing. But gosh it was good!
The hardest part about winter morning exercise is actually putting your feet on the bedroom floor. As soon as you put your feet on the floor, you're three quarters of the way there.
And once you've finished the exercise, you feel pretty damn smug. Well that's how I felt this morning. How do you feel about winter exercise? How do you motivate yourself out the door?
