What is the thrive programme?
The Thrive Programme is a life-changing, evidence-based training program, usually conducted over 8 weeks, to provide you with the skills, insights and resources you need to take control of your life, and thrive!
No matter who you are, where you are from, or what your past is, everyone has the ability to fully realise their potential and live life to the fullest. Stress, anxiety, low self-confidence and self-doubt become things of the past, permanently replaced with a desire and capability to thrive.
If you feel that life is merely ticking over for you The Thrive Programme will enable you to master the skills and resources you need so that you won’t get anxious, stressed or depressed regardless of what bumps in the road you encounter.
The weekly sessions can be conducted face-to-face in my office, if you're within driving distance. If you're anywhere else, I use an online platform that is very reliable and secure. The experience will be the same as if we were sitting together in the same room.
through The Thrive Programme you learn:
How stress, anxieties, and fears are created and how to overcome them
What makes you tick including what specific “thinking styles” you use every day
The "Psychological Foundations" that dictate how you lead your life - your sense of how much control you believe you have in your life, and your self-confidence and social confidence
How an excessive desire for control can increase stress, anxiety, fears and phobias
How your self-confidence can be changed in just two weeks and what impact this has on your life
How your social anxiety can be reduced so you feel confident around others
