What is The Thrive Programme?
The Thrive Programme is an evidence-based psychological training programme. Like many people who suffer from low self-confidence, you may have already been to see counsellors, therapists, psychologists, support groups, and/or psychiatrists but still, you’re not better. You'll be asking yourself why this programme will work when nothing else has. It’s perfectly natural to think that way. But you can’t give up, simply believing you’re stuck with low self-confidence. You’re not. The Thrive Programme is innovative, it’s evidence-based, it’s easy-to-understand, and it works. Every person who comes to see me, brings with them a lot of scepticism. It’s my role to gain your trust, help you gain self-insight, and to teach you everything you need to know so you have the tools and knowledge to live a thriving life.
How can I access the programme?
Face-to-face or via a secure and stable online application I use. Both are very effective so it doesn’t matter where you’re located we can still connect. In the busy world we live in, online can be a time-efficient approach. I’ve created a number of resources that ensure the online method of delivery feels like you're sitting in the same room as me.
What is low self-confidence (low self-esteem)?
Confidence issues affect more people than we probably realise. Often, deep insecurities are hidden, even from close friends and family. Low self-confidence can have wide-reaching impact. It can hold you back in your career. It can cause problems in personal relationships. It can hold you back from meeting and enjoying the company of new people. People with low self-confidence often find it more difficult (sometimes impossible) to feel comfortable in social situations. Negative self-talk steps in and feelings of anxiety take hold. You feel self-conscious and awkward. For some people they gain confidence by having a drink or two before going out to help them relax. Or perhaps you just say “no” to that invitation instead.
How do you feel about these scenarios?
Performance appraisal conversations
Difficult conversations with a colleague or friend/partner
Meeting someone new
Social gatherings where you have to talk to people you don’t know
Meeting people with authority
Perhaps you just have a constant feeling of self-consciousness, and not feeling good enough. If any of these describe you, then you want to build your self-confidence by resolving the issues that are causing your low self-esteem.
The Thrive Programme can help you develop healthy self-confidence. Wouldn’t that be fantastic?
